Terms of Service for Bundle Chat

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Bundle Chat website (the "Site") and the Bundle Chat Chrome Extension (the "Extension") operated by Bundle Chat ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of our Site and Extension is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Site or Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and License

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Upon successful payment for a license on our Site, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Extension or make the Extension available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Bundle Chat or its affiliates, partners, or suppliers.

2. Payments and Third-Party API Costs

2.1. License Purchase

Access to the Bundle Chat Extension's features requires the purchase of a license, which is available for a one-time payment as listed on our Site. This payment grants you a lifetime license to use the current version of the Extension and any subsequent updates, as determined by us.

2.2. OpenRouter API Costs

The Extension requires you to use your own API key from OpenRouter.ai. **You are solely responsible for all costs and fees associated with your use of the OpenRouter API** and the AI models accessed through it. Bundle Chat does not control, manage, or bill for these API costs. We strongly recommend setting spending limits on your OpenRouter API keys. Please refer to OpenRouter.ai for their pricing and billing policies.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content processed by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bundle Chat and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your OpenRouter API key.
  • All activities that occur under your account and your API key.
  • Complying with the terms of service of OpenRouter.ai and any AI model providers you access through it.
  • Ensuring that your use of the Extension and the content you process does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bundle Chat, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

Without limitation to the foregoing, Bundle Chat provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bundle Chat or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service), even if Bundle Chat or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Our entire liability under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the license.

8. Refund Policy

**All purchases are final and non-refundable.**

Once a license is purchased and your account is activated, we do not offer refunds. This is because the Service provides immediate access to digital features. We encourage you to evaluate the product before making a purchase. If you are unsure if Bundle Chat is right for you, please **contact our support team to request a one-day trial access pass** before purchasing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms of Service
